Process Guarantee Deviation Control (PGDC)

Global Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM) companies are left exposed at the clients will as far as Process Guarantees are concerned for multi disciplined projects. EPCM’ are made to carry the brunt off the lack of Quality, Efficiency and Maintenance management off end-users in the Process Guarantee periods. Through ITmatic’ PGDC module this now does not have to be the case any longer.

Imagine

Imagine all mission and production rule critical data are logged offsite and you receives weekly deviation reports. Imagine if you knew:

  • • Your customer is running the wrong acidities through your plant piping.
  • • The Main Cooling Fan for the Furnace Cooling is mostly in local mode.
  • • PID Plant parameters are readjusted with every shift.
  • • The plant floatation additives are lacking.

Powerful Enough to Meet All Your Needs

All Critical Process data are logged and stored on ITmatic off-site servers with electronic signatures. No further investment is needed for new licenses or server infrastructure, the data is priced on a per Tag basis.  From operator data input to plant production data for analysis, rule reduction and manipulation ITmatic’ PGDC module does it all!

Presentation of Reports

PGDC gives you access to predefined high quality reports or custom rule based data analysis. All Process Reporting are available via Internet 24/7 and weekly deviation reports are sent for your review. Text and graphic annotation can be added to any report to professionalise its presentation and to improve its interpretation.

Capture Data from Any Source

PGDC can connect to any OPC based SCADA or Historian and it can even automatically capture data generated by most laboratory instruments, test and measurement equipment, making your data available for immediate graphic display and analysis. Captured data is moved off-site via VPN, Internet access through “port forwarding”, Satellite or Mobile networks.

Exception Reporting

PGDC’ Web Server provides exception reports displayed as web pages. The reports list product specification, alarms based on specification limits, control limits and process rule violations organised by Data Set and Variable. The relevant data chart for each set of exceptions is created with the click of a button.
